Following are some of the roles contract / permanent roles, which our Clients might look for:

1. Oracle Application Functional Consultant – Financial, Supply Chain, HRMS, HCM, CRM, EAM

Candidate profile

• Hands-on experience with Release 11i / R12
• Involvement in Oracle Applications implementation, migration, upgrades and support
• Knowledge of implementation methodology like AIM, OUM
• Attention to details and good documentation skills
• Must have consulting and analytical problem solving skills
• Good understanding of the Oracle Application architecture
• Should be able to validate bespoke solutions in line to Oracle application architecture
• Should be able to work independently
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels within Project team and Client Organization
• Able to organize and executive workshops with various business stake holders
• Able to execute CRP, UAT and Training with Project and Client team
• Basic application schema knowledge
• Basic knowledge of SQL*Plus, SQL Developer, TOAD or equivalent
• Basic reporting tools knowledge like Oracle Discoverer
• Third party tools knowledge like More4Apps, Excel4Apps, GL Wand, Dataloader will be an added advantage
• Attitude for customer service and support
• Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts and standard operating procedures
• Tertiary qualifications preferred

2. Oracle Application Technical Consultant – Financial, Supply Chain, HRMS, HCM, CRM, EAM, OAF, ADF, Java

Candidate profile

• Must have hands on technical experience in either Oracle Financials, HRMS, HCM, CRM, EAM, OAF, ADF and Java.
• Should be able to analyze and document presented processes, systems and possible customized system solutions.
• Able to write bespoke code as per the coding and development standard of the Organization
• Perform ST, SIT, OAT Testing independently
• Hands on experience with one of the testing tools will be advantage
• Eye for quality and attention to detail is essential
• Experience with Oracle workflow
• Good with documentation

3. Oracle Database Administrators

Candidate profile

• Knowledge of shell scripting and UNIX.
• Should be able to implement and maintain RAC.
• Must be able to create backup and recovery.
• Sharp analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to configure Oracle Application environments and set up the maintenance system.

4. Project Managers

Candidate profile

• Well versed with one of the Project Management methodologies.
• Good planning and tracking skills.
• Hands on experience with medium to large size projects.
• Able to handle clients at various levels in the Organization.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain deadlines.
• Confident, approachable and an exemplary leader.
